To this end, the Compagnia aims to favour the birth and growth of creative activities, exploring worthy dynamics between the profit and the non-profit world, offering training and support to new persons, favouring the dissemination of new mechanisms that may aid a greater sustainability of the activities, tapping into the best existing practices and looking for new ones. Specific attention is given to the subject of creative professions, with the promotion of innovative initiatives, solutions and models in order to favour and enhance the value of cultural professions, provide opportunities for training, growth and professional exchange, primarily in young people, enhancing the existing networks, and in order to develop the commitment to new models of cultural entrepreneurship and production.
